- Preside over the construction and management kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Government kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam's work programs according to legal provisions; monitor and urge ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as ministries and central authorities), the People's Committees kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp provinces, centrally-run cities (hereinafter referred to as provincial People's Committees) and related agencies and organizations to implement the work programs kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Government kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam and the Government kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam's Working Regulations; aggregate, urge, inspect, evaluate the situation, results kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp implementation, and report to the Government kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam;
- Coordinate with ministries, central authorities, and the People's Committees kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp provinces and related agencies and organizations in preparing and finalizing initiatives, projects, and draft legal documents submitted to the Government kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam for consideration and decision according to legal provisions.
- Preside over the verification kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp procedures, order, competence, processing responsibilities, and comprehensive consulting on content; have independent opinions regarding initiatives, projects, draft legal documents, and reports according to the Government kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam's work program and other tasks submitted by ministries, central authorities, and the People's Committees kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp provinces and related agencies and organizations to the Government kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam.
- Preside over, cooperate with ministries, central authorities, and the People's Committees kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp provinces and related agencies and organizations in preparing content and services for the Government kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam's meetings and conferences kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Government kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam, the Government Standing Committee.
- Consult and assist the Government kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam in working relations with agencies kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Communist Party, the National Assembly, the National Assembly Standing Committee, the President, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, and central bodies kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp political-social organizations, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuracy.
- Preside over building initiatives, projects, draft legal documents, and reports when assigned by the Government kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam.
