Article 21. Deputy Ministers, Vice Chiefs xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Ministerial-Level Agencies

1. Deputy Ministers and Vice Chiefs assist Ministers and Chiefs xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Ministerial-Level Agencies in carrying out duties assigned by the Ministers and Chiefs and bear responsibility to the Ministers and Chiefs for assigned tasks.

2. The number xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Deputy Ministers and Vice Chiefs xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Ministerial-Level Agencies shall not exceed 5; the Ministry xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái National Defense, Ministry xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Public Security, and Ministry xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Foreign Affairs shall not exceed 6, except in cases xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái personnel mobilization and rotation as required by competent authorities.
