Article 176. đá bóng trực tiếp Allocation Limits for Agricultural đá bóng trực tiếp

1. The đá bóng trực tiếp allocation limit for annual crops, aquaculture đá bóng trực tiếp, salt production đá bóng trực tiếp for individuals directly engaged in agricultural production is regulated as follows:

a) No more than 03 hectares for each type of đá bóng trực tiếp in provinces, centrally governed cities in the Southeast and the Mekong Delta;

b) No more than 02 hectares for each type of đá bóng trực tiếp in other provinces, centrally governed cities.

2. The đá bóng trực tiếp allocation limit for perennial crops for individuals is no more than 10 hectares for communes, wards, commune-level towns in the delta; no more than 30 hectares for communes, wards, commune-level towns in midland and mountainous areas.

3. The đá bóng trực tiếp allocation limit for individuals is no more than 30 hectares for each type of đá bóng trực tiếp:

a) Protective forest đá bóng trực tiếp;

b) Production forest đá bóng trực tiếp which is planted forest.

Pursuant to Article 81 of theđá bóng trực tiếp Law 2024regulating cases of đá bóng trực tiếp retrieval due to violations of đá bóng trực tiếp laws:

Article 81. Cases of đá bóng trực tiếp Retrieval Due to Violations of đá bóng trực tiếp Laws

1. Using đá bóng trực tiếp for purposes other than those assigned, leased, or recognized by the State, and having received administrative sanctions for improper đá bóng trực tiếp use but continuing to violate.

2. đá bóng trực tiếp users destroy the đá bóng trực tiếp and have been administratively sanctioned for đá bóng trực tiếp destruction behaviors but continue to violate.

3. đá bóng trực tiếp is allocated, leased not to the appropriate subjects or without the proper authority.

4. đá bóng trực tiếp received through transfer, gift from persons allocated or leased đá bóng trực tiếp by the State who are not allowed to transfer or gift according to this Law.

5. đá bóng trực tiếp allocated by the State for management but encroached upon or occupied.

6. đá bóng trực tiếp users do not fulfill financial obligations to the State.

7. Annual crop đá bóng trực tiếp, aquaculture đá bóng trực tiếp not used for 12 consecutive months,perennial crop đá bóng trực tiếp not used for 18 consecutive months, forest planting đá bóng trực tiếp not used for 24 consecutive months and have been administratively sanctioned without putting the đá bóng trực tiếp to use within the time recorded in the administrative sanction decision;

Article 9. đá bóng trực tiếp Classification

1. Based on usage purposes, đá bóng trực tiếp is classified into agricultural đá bóng trực tiếp, non-agricultural đá bóng trực tiếp, unused đá bóng trực tiếp categories.

2. The agricultural đá bóng trực tiếp category includes the following types of đá bóng trực tiếp:

a) Annual crop đá bóng trực tiếp, including rice cultivation đá bóng trực tiếp and other annual crop đá bóng trực tiếp;

b) Perennial crop đá bóng trực tiếp;

c) Forestry đá bóng trực tiếp, including special-use forest đá bóng trực tiếp, protective forest đá bóng trực tiếp, production forest đá bóng trực tiếp;

d) Aquaculture đá bóng trực tiếp;

đ) Intensive livestock farming đá bóng trực tiếp;

e) Salt production đá bóng trực tiếp;

g) Other agricultural đá bóng trực tiếp.

3. The non-agricultural đá bóng trực tiếp category includes the following types of đá bóng trực tiếp:

a) Residential đá bóng trực tiếp, including homestead đá bóng trực tiếp in rural areas and homestead đá bóng trực tiếp in urban areas;

b) Office construction đá bóng trực tiếp;

c) đá bóng trực tiếp used for national defense and security purposes (hereinafter referred to as defense, security đá bóng trực tiếp);

d) đá bóng trực tiếp for construction of public service facilities, including: đá bóng trực tiếp for culture, society, health, education and training, physical training and sports, science and technology, environment, hydrometeorology, diplomacy, and other public service works or office đá bóng trực tiếp for other public service providers;

dd) Non-agricultural production and business đá bóng trực tiếp, including: industrial zone đá bóng trực tiếp, industrial cluster đá bóng trực tiếp; commercial đá bóng trực tiếp; non-agricultural production establishment đá bóng trực tiếp; đá bóng trực tiếp used for mineral activities;
