What do other agricultural lands include?
Based on Clause 7, Article 4 ofDecree 102/2024/ND-CP, other agricultural lands include the following types of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp:
- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp for the cultivation of seedlings, breeding animals, and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp for growing flowers and ornamental plants; bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp for cultivating, raising livestock, aquaculture for study purposes, experimental research, or practice.
- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp for the construction of greenhouses and other buildings serving the purpose of farming, livestock raising including forms of farming, livestock raising not directly on the bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp.
- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp for the construction of structures attached to agricultural production areas, including bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp for building rest houses, shacks, camps to serve workers; bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp for the construction of structures to store agricultural products, pesticides, fertilizers, machinery, tools, and other auxiliary constructions.

Do individuals using agricultural bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp receive recompense upon bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp expropriation by the State in Vietnam?
Based on Article 96 of thebóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Law 2024which stipulates compensation for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp when the State rexpropriates agricultural bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp from households, individuals:
Article 96. Compensation for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp when the State rexpropriates agricultural bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp from households, individuals
- Households and individuals using agricultural bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp, when the State rexpropriates the bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp, if they meet the conditions for compensation as specified in Article 95 of this Law, they will receive compensation in the form of agricultural bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp or in cash or in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp with a different use purpose than the recovered bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp or with housing.
- Households and individuals using agricultural bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp when the State rexpropriates the bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp will be compensated for agricultural bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp as follows:
a) The compensated agricultural bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp area includes the area within the limit specified in Articles 176 and 177 of this Law and the area of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp received through inheritance;
b) For agricultural bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp areas received through bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp use rights transfer exceeding the limit before July 1, 2014, compensation and support will be implemented according to the regulations of the Government of Vietnam.
- For agricultural bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp used before July 1, 2004, where the bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp user is a household, individual directly producing agriculture but does not meet the conditions to be granted a Certificate of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp use rights, ownership of assets attached to the bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp according to the provisions of this Law, compensation will be implemented according to the regulations of the Government of Vietnam.
Therefore, individuals using agricultural bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp when the State rexpropriates the bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp, if they meet the conditions for compensation, will be compensated in the form of agricultural bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp, in cash, in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp with a different use purpose than the recovered bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp, or with housing.

Based on Article 121 of thebóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Law 2024which stipulates the bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp repurposing:
Article 121. bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp repurposing
- Cases of converting bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp use purposes that must be permitted by the competent state authority include:
a) Converting rice cultivation bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp, special-use forest bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp, protective forest bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp, production forest bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp to another type within the agricultural bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp group;
b) Converting agricultural bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp to non-agricultural bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp;
c) Converting other types of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp to centralized livestock bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp when implementing large-scale centralized livestock projects;
d) Converting non-agricultural bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp allocated by the State without bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp levy collection to another non-agricultural bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp for which the State collects bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp levy or leases the bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp;
dd) Converting non-agricultural bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp that is not homestead bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp to homestead bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp;
e) Converting bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp for the construction of career works, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp used for public purposes with business purposes to production, non-agricultural business bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp;
g) Converting non-agricultural production, business bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp that is not commercial bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp to commercial bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp.
- When converting bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp use purposes as prescribed in Clause 1 of this Article, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp users must fulfill financial obligations according to legal provisions; bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp use policies, rights, and obligations of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp users shall apply according to the type of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp after the conversion of use purposes.

According to the above provisions, in cases where bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp users convert the use purpose of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp from agricultural bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp to non-agricultural bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp, permission from competent state authorities is required.
