Article 110. Preparation and implementation of resettlement projects, resettlement areas

1. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 People's Committee at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 provincial level and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 People's Committee at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district level are responsible for organizing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 preparation and implementation of resettlement projects in accordance with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 law.

2. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 resettlement area must meet xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following conditions:

a) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 technical infrastructure of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 resettlement area must at least meet xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 new rural standards for rural areas and urban standards for urban areas, including: transport roads ensuring connection with adjacent areas, lighting and living electricity, water supply and drainage systems, communication, and environmental treatment;

b) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 social infrastructure of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 resettlement area must ensure access to medical, educational, cultural, sports, markets, commercial services, recreational, and cemetery services;

c) Suitability with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 conditions, customs, and practices of each region and area.

3. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 resettlement location is selected in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following order of priority:

a) Within xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 administrative unit of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 commune where xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 land is acquired;

b) Within xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 administrative unit of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district where xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 land is acquired in cases where there is no land in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 commune-level administrative unit where xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 land is acquired to arrange for resettlement;

Article 86. Agencies, units, organizations responsible for performing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tasks of compensation, support, resettlement; managing, exploiting, and using xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 acquired land fund

1. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 People's Committee at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district level is responsible for directing and organizing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 implementation of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tasks of compensation, support, and resettlement in accordance with this Law.

2. Units and organizations carrying out xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tasks of compensation, support, and resettlement include one or more of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following units and organizations:

a) Land development organization;

b) Other units, organizations with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 function of performing tasks of compensation, support, resettlement;

c) Compensation, support, resettlement council.
