Article 9. trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay classification

1. Based on the purpose of use, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay is classified into agricultural trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay, non-agricultural trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay, and unused trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay.

2. The category of agricultural trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay includes the following types:

a) Annual crop trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay, including rice cultivation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay and other annual crop trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay;

b) Perennial crop trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay;

c) Forestry trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay, including special-use forest trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay, protection forest trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay, production forest trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay;

d) Aquaculture trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay;

dd) Concentrated livestock trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay;

e) Salt trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay;

g) Other agricultural trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay.

3. The group of non-agricultural trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay includes the following types:

a) Residential trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay, including homestead trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay in rural and urban areas;

b) trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay for construction of office headquarters;

c) trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay used for national defense and security purposes (hereinafter referred to as defense and security trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay);

d) trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay for construction of public service works, including trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay for cultural, social, health, education and training, physical training and sports, science and technology, environment, meteorological and hydrological, diplomatic works, and others or trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay for construction of headquarters of other public service providers;

dd) Non-agricultural production and business trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay, including industrial zone trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay, industrial cluster trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay; commercial trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay; non-agricultural production establishment trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay; trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay used for mineral activities;

Annual crop trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay, aquaculture trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay not used for 12 consecutive months, perennial crop trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay not used for 18 consecutive months, afforestation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay not used for 24 consecutive months, and have been administratively fined but not utilized within the timeframe specified in the administrative penalty decision;

According to the regulation, agricultural trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay not used for the following periods and having been administratively fined without utilization within the timeframe specified in the administrative penalty decision shall be subject to State expropriation due to legal violations on trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay:

- Annual crop trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay: 12 consecutive months

- Perennial crop trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay: 18 consecutive months

- Aquaculture trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay: 12 consecutive months

- Afforestation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay: 24 consecutive months

Thus, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay users who do not use the trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay continuously for the specified periods for each type of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay will have it expropriated by the State due to legal violations on trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay.

Who has the authority to expropriate unused agricultural trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay in Vietnam?

Based on Article 83 of thetrực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Law 2024which stipulates the authority to expropriate trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay and handle cases of expropriation of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay and assets attached to the trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay as public assets:

Article 83. Authority to expropriate trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay and handle cases of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay and assets on trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay as public assets

1. The provincial People's Committee decides to expropriate trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay for domestic organizations, religious organizations, affiliated religious organizations, overseas Vietnamese, foreign organizations having diplomatic functions, and foreign-invested economic organizations as stipulated in Articles 81 and 82 of this Law.

2. The district-level People's Committee decides to expropriate trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay in the following cases:

a) expropriation of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay as stipulated in Articles 78 and 79 of this Law regardless of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay users, organizations, and individuals managing and possessing the trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay;

b) expropriation of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay for households, individuals, community as stipulated in Articles 81 and 82 of this Law.

3. In cases where the right to use trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay and assets on trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay is public property and subject to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay expropriation according to this Law, there is no requirement to rearrange and handle public assets under regulations on management and use of public property.

According to the above regulations, the entities with authority to expropriate unused agricultural trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay in Vietnam are as follows:

- The provincial People's Committee decides to expropriate trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay for the following entities:

+ Domestic organizations

+ Religious organizations

+ Affiliated religious organizations

+ Overseas Vietnamese

+ Foreign organizations with diplomatic functions
