What is occupational disease according to đá bóng trực tiếp law in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Clause 9 Article 3 of đá bóng trực tiếp Law on occupational safety and hygiene in 2015:
Interpretation of terms
For đá bóng trực tiếp purposes of this Law, these terms below shall be construed as follows:

7. Serious safety threat means a major safety threat, which occurs on a large scale and beyond response capacity of business entities, agencies, organizations, or local governments or involves multiple business entities and local governments.
8. Occupational accident means an accident that causes injuries to any bodily part and function of an employee or causes death, and occurs during đá bóng trực tiếp course of work, in connection with their performance of a job or a task.
9. Occupational disease means a disease caused by đá bóng trực tiếp harmful working condition of an occupation on an employee.
10. Occupational environment monitoring means activities of collection, analysis, assessment of figures in terms of occupational environment factors at đá bóng trực tiếp workplace to introduce measures for minimizing harmful effects on health and prevention of occupational diseases.
As regulated above, occupational disease means a disease caused by đá bóng trực tiếp harmful working condition of an occupation on an employee.

Pursuant to Article 17 of đá bóng trực tiếp Decree 88/2020/ND-CP stipulating đá bóng trực tiếp maximum level of financial assistance in occupational disease examination for employees in Vietnam:
Level of financial assistance in occupational disease examination
1. đá bóng trực tiếp assistance is 50% of đá bóng trực tiếp costs of examination of đá bóng trực tiếp occupational disease determined on đá bóng trực tiếp basis of list of prices of occupational disease examination promulgated by Minister of Health at đá bóng trực tiếp time on which đá bóng trực tiếp employee had đá bóng trực tiếp occupational disease examination after health insurance payout has been provided, but đá bóng trực tiếp assistance must not exceed VND 800,000 per person per examination.
2. đá bóng trực tiếp assistance is provided to each employee twice at đá bóng trực tiếp maximum and only once a year.
As regulated above, đá bóng trực tiếp assistance is 50% of đá bóng trực tiếp costs of examination of đá bóng trực tiếp occupational disease determined on đá bóng trực tiếp basis of list of prices of occupational disease examination at đá bóng trực tiếp time on which đá bóng trực tiếp employee had đá bóng trực tiếp occupational disease examination, but đá bóng trực tiếp assistance must not exceed VND 800,000 per person per examination.
What are regulations on đá bóng trực tiếp sequence of providing financial assistance in occupational disease examination in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Article 19 of đá bóng trực tiếp Decree 88/2020/ND-CP stipulating đá bóng trực tiếp sequence of providing financial assistance in occupational disease examination in Vietnam:
Sequence of providing financial assistance in occupational disease examination
1. If đá bóng trực tiếp conditions specified in Article 16 are satisfied, đá bóng trực tiếp employer shall submit 01 application prescribed in Article 18 hereof to đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
2. Within 05 working days from đá bóng trực tiếp receipt of a valid and sufficient application, đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs shall appraise it and issue a decision to provide assistance according to đá bóng trực tiếp Form No. 06 in đá bóng trực tiếp Appendix hereof and send đá bóng trực tiếp decision (enclosed with a list of employees receiving đá bóng trực tiếp assistance) to đá bóng trực tiếp social security office. In đá bóng trực tiếp case of refusal, a written explanation shall be provided to đá bóng trực tiếp employer or employee who submitted đá bóng trực tiếp application.
3. Within 05 working days from đá bóng trực tiếp receipt of đá bóng trực tiếp decision from đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, đá bóng trực tiếp social security office shall provide financial assistance in occupational disease examination to đá bóng trực tiếp employer or employee. In đá bóng trực tiếp case of refusal, a written explanation shall be provided to đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
As regulated above, đá bóng trực tiếp sequence of providing financial assistance in occupational disease examination in Vietnam are as follows:
- Step 1: đá bóng trực tiếp employer shall submit đá bóng trực tiếp application to đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
- Step 2: đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs shall appraise đá bóng trực tiếp application.
- Step 3: đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs shall issue a decision to provide assistance within 05 working days from đá bóng trực tiếp receipt of a valid and sufficient application.
+ In case providing assistance: đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs shall provide assistance and send đá bóng trực tiếp decision (enclosed with a list of employees receiving đá bóng trực tiếp assistance) to đá bóng trực tiếp social security office.
+ In case of refusal, a written explanation shall be provided to đá bóng trực tiếp employer or employee who submitted đá bóng trực tiếp application.
- Step 4: đá bóng trực tiếp social security office shall provide financial assistance in occupational disease examination to đá bóng trực tiếp employer or employee within 05 working days from đá bóng trực tiếp receipt of đá bóng trực tiếp decision from đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
In đá bóng trực tiếp case of refusal, a written explanation shall be provided to đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
