According to Article 11 ofDecree 143/2024/ND-CPstipulating trực tiếp bóng đá k+ payment methods and premium levels for employees participating in voluntary occupational accident insurance:

Article 11. Payment Methods and Premium Levels for Employees in Voluntary Occupational Accident Insurance

1. Employees participating in voluntary occupational accident insurance register with trực tiếp bóng đá k+ social insurance agency through one of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following payment methods:

a) Payment every 6 months;

b) Payment every 12 months.

2. Participants in voluntary occupational accident insurance may change their payment method. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ change is executed after completing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ previously registered payment cycle.

3. Premium amounts for voluntary occupational accident insurance are as follows:

a) For 6 months, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ amount equals 6% of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ monthly minimum wage of Region IV;

b) For 12 months, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ amount equals 12% of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ monthly minimum wage of Region IV.

a) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ employee frequently fails to complete trực tiếp bóng đá k+ work as stated in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ labor contract as determined by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ criteria for evaluating work completion level in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ employer's regulations. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ work completion evaluation regulations are issued by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ employer but must be consulted with trực tiếp bóng đá k+ organization representing employees at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ grassroots if such an organization exists at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ workplace;

b) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ employee has been ill or injured and has undergone treatment for 12 continuous months for those working under an indefinite-term labor contract, or 06 continuous months for those working under a fixed-term labor contract from 12 months to 36 months, or over half of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ term of a labor contract for those working under a fixed-term labor contract of less than 12 months, without recovering work capacity.

When trực tiếp bóng đá k+ employee's health recovers, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ employer should consider re-entering into trực tiếp bóng đá k+ labor contract with trực tiếp bóng đá k+ employee;
