- Participants in forces ensuring local security and order

- Non-professionals working at village, residential groups as per the law
- Ethnic minorities living in communes no longer classified as having difficult socioeconomic conditions, special difficulties shall be supported by the state budget for health đá bóng trực tiếp contributions as prescribed by the Government of Vietnam

Based on Article 19 of theHealth đá bóng trực tiếp Law 2008(amended by Point a Clause 35 Article 1 of theAmended Health đá bóng trực tiếp Law 2024), the replacement of health đá bóng trực tiếp cards is regulated as follows:
Article 19. Replacement of Health đá bóng trực tiếp Cards
- Health đá bóng trực tiếp cards can be replaced in the following situations:
a) Torn, damaged, or unusable;
b) Change of the initially registered place for medical examination and treatment;
c) Incorrect information recorded on the card.
- The dossier for card replacement includes:
a) Request for replacement from the health đá bóng trực tiếp participant;
b) The health đá bóng trực tiếp card.
- Within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the complete dossier as stipulated in Clause 2 of this Article, the social đá bóng trực tiếp agency must replace the card for the health đá bóng trực tiếp participant. During the waiting period for card replacement, individuals holding the card continue to enjoy the benefits of health đá bóng trực tiếp participants.
- Individuals requesting card replacement due to the card being torn, damaged, or unusable must pay a replacement fee. The Minister of Finance prescribes the fee for replacing health đá bóng trực tiếp cards.
