From July 1, 2025, what are trực tiếp bóng đá k+ conditions for maternity benefits when participating in voluntary social insurance?
Based on Article 94 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ 2024Social Insurance Lawwhich stipulates subjects and conditions for maternity benefits:
Article 94. Subjects and conditions for maternity benefits
- Subjects who have paid voluntary social insurance or have both compulsory social insurance and voluntary social insurance contributions for at least 6 months within trực tiếp bóng đá k+ 12 months prior to childbirth are entitled to maternity benefits in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following cases:
a) Female workers giving birth;
b) Male workers whose wives give birth.
- If only trực tiếp bóng đá k+ mother participates in social insurance and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ mother dies after childbirth, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ father or trực tiếp bóng đá k+ direct caregiver is entitled to maternity benefits.
- If both father and mother participate in social insurance and qualify for maternity benefits as prescribed in Clause 1 of this Article, only either trực tiếp bóng đá k+ father or trực tiếp bóng đá k+ mother will receive trực tiếp bóng đá k+ maternity benefits.
- If trực tiếp bóng đá k+ person specified in Clause 1 of this Article is eligible for maternity benefits in both voluntary social insurance and compulsory social insurance, they will only receive maternity benefits from compulsory social insurance.
- If trực tiếp bóng đá k+ mother is eligible for maternity benefits under compulsory social insurance and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ father is eligible for maternity benefits under voluntary social insurance, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ mother will receive maternity benefits under compulsory social insurance and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ father will receive maternity benefits under voluntary social insurance.
- If trực tiếp bóng đá k+ father is eligible for maternity benefits under compulsory social insurance and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ mother is eligible for maternity benefits under voluntary social insurance, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ father will receive maternity benefits under compulsory social insurance and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ mother will receive maternity benefits under voluntary social insurance.
Thus, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ conditions for maternity benefits when participating in voluntary social insurance are as follows:

Based on Article 95 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ 2024Social Insurance Lawwhich stipulates maternity benefits:
Article 95. Maternity benefits
- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ amount of maternity benefits is VND 2,000,000 for each child born and each fetus of 22 weeks or more that dies in utero, or for fetuses that die during labor.
Female workers who are ethnic minorities or female workers who are Kinh ethnicity with husbands who are ethnic minorities belonging to poor households are also entitled to other support policies as prescribed by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Government of Vietnam.
- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ state budget shall ensure trực tiếp bóng đá k+ implementation of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ provisions in Clause 1 of this Article. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Government of Vietnam shall decide to adjust trực tiếp bóng đá k+ maternity benefit amount in accordance with trực tiếp bóng đá k+ socio-economic development conditions and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ state budget's capacity in each period.

[2]In trực tiếp bóng đá k+ case of a fetus dying in utero, a fetus dying during labor, or a child dying after birth without obtaining a birth certificate, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ dossier includes one of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following documents:
