Precedent No.09/2016/ALprovides instructions as follows:
“- Precedent situation:

- Legal solutions:
In this case, interest due to late payment is calculated according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ average overdue debt interest rate on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ market equal to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ average overdue debt interest rate of at least three local banks at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ time of payment (first instance trial), unless otherwise agreed or otherwise prescribed by law.”

(Joint Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade of Vietnam, Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development,...) have headquarters, branches, or transaction offices in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ province or centrally run city where trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Court is resolving or adjudicating at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ time of payment (time of first instance trial) to decide trực tiếp bóng đá k+ late payment interest rate, unless trực tiếp bóng đá k+ parties agree otherwise or trực tiếp bóng đá k+ law has other provisions.”
