Failing to receive lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parcel after two attempts at lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay District B Post Office, G asked Mrs. M to go together because lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay defendant is not able to speak Vietnamese. Mrs. M went together with G 3 times to District A and District B Post Offices to ask about lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parcel but they failed and G paid Mrs. M VND 500,000 as lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay interpretation fee. However, since lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay recipient’s name is Tregeubav V, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay post office did not let G receive lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parcel. After that, G provided lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay passport photo of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay recipient and wrote a commitment, so lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay postal worker agreed to let G and that woman to receive lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parcel. After these persons completed procedures for receipt of parcel and left, they were invited by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay police to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay ward police headquarters.

[1] Acts and proceedings of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Investigating Agency of Public Security of Ho Chi Minh City, investigators, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City, in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay course of investigation and prosecution have strictly conformed to competence, order and procedures prescribed in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Criminal Procedure Code.

About 16:00 on January 17, 2018, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay defendant Nikolaenko G came to District B Post Office to receive lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receipt of parcel containing 1,390 tablets of drug, MDMA type on behalf of Tregubov V to bring it to Nguyen Hue Walking Street.

At 17:00 of even date, when lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay defendant had just received lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parcel and left, she was caught in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay act by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay police together with above material evidence. At lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay investigation body, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay defendant G admitted that she was asked by a man named Nikolay to deliver lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parcel worth VND 1,000,000, Nikolay provided lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay passport photo of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay recipient named Tregubov V, American nationality, in order for District B Post Office to receive lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parcel. Nikolay asked G to go to a Circle K in District 2 to meet a foreign man to receive specific address where G will put lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parcel next to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay garbage can in front of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay McDonald store at Nguyen Hue Walking Street. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay defendant admitted that at lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay time of delivery of parcel, she knew that that is forbidden good but she still kept doing for self-interest.

Nikolaenko G committed “Illegal transport of drugs”, with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay offense and penalties prescribed in Article 230 of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayCriminal Code 2015, amended in 2017 in Viet Nam.
