- Staff directly counseling for study abroad must have a university degree or higher; be proficient in using at least one foreign language at Level 4 or higher according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Vietnamese six-level foreign language proficiency framework or equivalent; possess a certificate of study abroad counseling professional training prescribed by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Education and Training.
* Procedures for obtaining a certificate of business registration for study abroad counseling services (Article 108 ofDecree 46/2017/ND-CP, amended by Clause 44, Article 1 ofDecree 135/2018/ND-CP) are as follows:
