4. Procedures for dissolution, termination of operations of a foreign-invested educational institution are as follows:

c) Within 30 working days from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of receipt of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay complete dossiers, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receiving agency shall preside over xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay appraisal and submit to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competent authority for consideration and decision.
Within 05 working days from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of receipt of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dossiers, if xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dossiers do not meet xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay specified requirements, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receiving agency shall inform xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay investor in writing via direct submission, post, or email.

Dissolution, Termination of Operations of Foreign-Invested Educational Institutions
1. Those authorized to allow xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay establishment of foreign-invested preschools, general education institutions, higher education institutions, and branches of foreign-invested higher education institutions shall have xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authority to decide on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dissolution of these institutions. Those authorized to allow xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay operation of foreign-invested short-term training institutions shall have xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authority to terminate xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay operations of these institutions.

Authority for Granting Establishment Permissions
1. xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Prime Minister of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Government of Vietnam shall decide on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay establishment of foreign-invested higher education institutions.
2. xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Education and Training shall decide on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay establishment of foreign-invested preschools, general education institutions proposed by foreign diplomatic missions, intergovernmental international organizations.
3. xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Chairman of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provincial People's Committee shall decide on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay establishment of foreign-invested preschools and general education institutions, except for those specified in Clause 2 of this Article.

5 Cases of Dissolution of Foreign-Invested Universities in Vietnam
Based on Clause 2, Article 51 ofDecree 86/2018/ND-CP, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay 5 cases of dissolution of foreign-invested universities include:
- Upon xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay request of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization or individual that established xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay foreign-invested educational institution or branch of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay foreign-invested higher education institution;
- Serious violations of legal provisions or regulations on management, organization, and operation of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institution or branch of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education institution;
- Expiration of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay suspension period stated in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay suspension decision without rectifying xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay causes leading to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay suspension;
- xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay objectives and content of activities in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision allowing establishment or operation are no longer suitable with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay nation's socio-economic development requirements;
- Failure to comply with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay commitments stated in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay approved project after 05 years from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay effective date of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay establishment or operation permission decision.
