a. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Director of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Department of Education and Training has authority to approve kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp foreign educational partnerships.

b. Both parties shall send 01 set of application documents in person or by post to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Department of Education and Training.

c. Within 10 working days from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp date on which kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp complete application documents stipulated in Clause 1, Article 9 hereof are received, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp receiving agency shall appraise kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp documents and forward them to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training to approve kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp integrated program in accordance with point c, Clause 1, Article 7 hereof.

d. If kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp submitted application is incomplete, within 05 working days from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp date on which kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp complete application documents are received, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Department of Education and Training shall send a written notification in person or by post or via email to both parties.

Within 05 working days from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp date on which kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ministry of education and training’s appraisal result regarding kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp integrated education program is received, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Department of Education and Training shall make a decision to approve kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp educational partnerships (hereinafter referred to as Approval Decision) using form No. 03 in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Appendix hereto.If kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp application is refused, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Department of Education and Training shall provide explanation in writing.

According to clause 1, Article 9 ofDecree 86/2018/ND-CP, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp application for approval for educational partnershipsin Vietnam includes:

- An application form for approval for educational partnerships with a foreign partner, signed by both parties using form No.01 in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Appendix ofDecree 86/2018/ND-CP.

- An agreement or a cooperation contract signed by both parties, in which there is specific information about both parties and their responsibilities for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp information provided in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp agreement/contract on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp program, learning and teaching materials, teachers, facilities, examination, assessment, certificates, finance and other related information.

- Documents proving kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp legal status of both parties include: a certified true copy or a copy enclosed with an original of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp decision on establishment or kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp establishment license granted to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp educational institution; or other equivalent documents.

- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp project of educational partnerships developed by both parties using kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp form No. 02 in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Appendix hereto, including kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp following contents: kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp necessity; kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp introduction of both parties; kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp contents of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp integrated program; facilities and equipment; a list of teachers enclosed with their resumes; kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp enrollment candidates and criteria and scale; kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp qualifications to be issued, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp equivalence between kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp foreign qualifications and Vietnam’s qualifications (if any); kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp methods for protecting benefits of learners and employees; kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp persons in charge of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp joint program, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp resumes of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp representatives of Vietnamese educational institutions and of foreign educational institutions participating in managing kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp program; kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp tuition fees; kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp financial aids provided by foreign and Vietnamese individuals and organizations (if any); kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp budget estimates; kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp financial management mechanism; kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp responsibilities and entitlements of teachers and students.

Whatare kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp entities in educational partnershipsin Vietnam?

According to Article 6 ofDecree 86/2018/ND-CPamended by clause 4, Article 1 ofDecree 124/2024/ND-CPon entities in educational partnershipsin Vietnam:

1. Vietnamese party: Private preschools and private primary and secondary schools funded by domestic investors that meet kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp conditions for operation, established, and operating in Vietnam.

2. Foreign party:

- Foreign educational institutions established and operating legally abroad for at least five years as of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp date of application submission, without violating kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp laws of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp host country during their operational period, which provide direct teaching, hold a valid quality accreditation certificate, or are recognized for educational quality by a competent foreign authority or organization;

- Organizations that provide educational programs established and operating legally abroad, with a minimum of five years of experience in offering preschool or primary and secondary programs as of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp application date for educational partnership.
