2. Lecturers in higher education institutions located in areas with especially difficult socio-economic conditions are provided with housing conditions and receive allowance policies and other preferential policies as prescribed by đá bóng trực tiếp Government of Vietnam.

3. đá bóng trực tiếp state has policies to mobilize and second lecturers to work at higher education institutions in areas with especially difficult socio-economic conditions; encourages lecturers in well-facilitated higher education institutions to work in higher education institutions in areas with especially difficult socio-economic conditions; creates conditions for lecturers in these areas to be confident in their work.
