Based on Article 2 ofCircular 42/2015/TT-BLDTBXH:

Subjects of application

The Circular stipulates primary-level lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay applicable to vocational education institutions, enterprises registered for vocational education activities at the primary level (hereinafter collectively referred to as primary lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institutions) and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals.

Therefore, primary-level lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay will apply to vocational education institutions, enterprises, and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals registered for vocational education activities at the primary level (collectively referred to as primary lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institutions).

What are regulations on selecting the lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay programconducted bythe head of a primary lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institution in Vietnam?

Based on Article 10 ofCircular 42/2015/TT-BLDTBXH, the selection of the lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program by the head of a primary lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institution is as follows:

They must evaluate the lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay programs for compliance with the identified output standards and the requirements of employers as well as technological and technical changes in production related to the lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay profession; changes in state regulations or those of the lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institution regarding the lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program; the coherence and linkage between program content, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay methods, assessment, and the anticipated impact of any changes and updates to the lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program.

- Drafting contents for correction and updating of the lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program and organizing the assessment according to the provisions of Article 9 ofCircular 42/2015/TT-BLDTBXH.

- The head of the primary lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institution issues updated and supplemented lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay programs based on the proposal of the Program Assessment Council after the lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay programs are evaluated according to the regulations stated in Points a and b, Clause 2, Article 10 ofCircular 42/2015/TT-BLDTBXH.

- It should be noted that the primary lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institution must publicize the lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program and output standards of each lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program of their institution to learners and their families when recruiting learners through posting at the headquarters, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institution, in recruitment notifications, or on the lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institution's website or mass media. Specifically, the contents to be disclosed include:

Who are eligible to register for primary-level lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay in Vietnam?​

Based on Article 15 ofCircular 42/2015/TT-BLDTBXH(amended by Clause 5, Article 1 ofCircular 34/2018/TT-BLDTBXH), the eligible subjects for primary-level courses are individuals 15 (fifteen) years old or older, with appropriate educational levels and health conditions for the occupation to be learned. For specific professions in the list issued by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, after agreement with the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs, those below 15 (fifteen) years old may be admitted.

Additionally, the recruitment method is selection and can be conducted multiple times a year.

The registration for primary-level courses will follow Article 16 ofCircular 42/2015/TT-BLDTBXHspecifically as follows:

- Primary-level learners can register to study at one or more primary lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institutions. Learners registering to study at any primary lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institution shall submit their registration documents at that institution.

- The procedures and documents for registration, selection, and summoning successful candidates for primary-level studies are prescribed by the head of the primary lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institution.

- After reviewing the conditions for admission, the lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay department shall submit to the head of the primary lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institution a decision to recognize the admitted learners as official students, classify them into classes, and issue student cards for each person.

- Enrolled students must be provided with all information about the objectives, content, and study plans of the programs, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations, obligations, and rights of learners by the primary lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institution.

- Enrollment documents must be arranged in individual student files managed and kept by the lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay department of the primary lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institution.
