According to Article 1,Circular 48/2020/TT-BGDDTapplies to primary schools, lower secondary schools, upper secondary schools, schools with multiple levels, boarding ethnic schools, semi-boarding ethnic schools, preparatory universities, specialized schools, talent schools; universities, academies, pedagogical colleges, pedagogical secondary schools (hereinafter collectively referred to as schools).

- Participate in training and đá bóng trực tiếp competition activities according to the school's plan and the educational management agencies at all levels; participate in đá bóng trực tiếp clubs according to their interests, suitable for their age characteristics. Learners who participate in đá bóng trực tiếp competition activities initiated by other organizations must have the school's permission.

- Annually, complete the current regulations on physical fitness testing, assessment, and classification.

- Perform other duties according to the current regulations for learners.
