Under Clause 2, Article 4 ofDecree 125/2024/ND-CP, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 application for establishing a private preschool includes:
- A written request for establishment or permission for establishment of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 preschool (according to Form No. 01 Appendix I enclosed withDecree 125/2024/ND-CP);
- A proposal for establishment or permission for establishment of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 preschool (according to Form No. 02 Appendix I enclosed withDecree 125/2024/ND-CP).

Under Clause 3, Article 4 ofDecree 125/2024/ND-CP:
Procedures for establishment of public preschools or permission for establishment of non-public or private preschools

3. Procedures:
a) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 People’s Committee of a commune, ward or town (hereinafter referred to as “xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 commune-level People’s Committee”; in case of application for establishment of a public preschool); an organization or individual (in case of application for permission for establishment of a non-public or private preschool) shall submit an application specified in clause 2 of this Article in person, via online public service portal or by post, to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level People’s Committee.
b) Within 05 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date on which xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 sufficient application is received, if xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 application is unsatisfactory, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level People’s Committee shall give a written notification of contents to be amended to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 applicant; if xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 application is satisfactory, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level People’s Committee shall give guidelines to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Subdepartment of Education and Training for organization of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 assessment of realistic conditions concerning establishment or permission for establishment of a preschool;
Thus, if xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 application is satisfactory, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level People’s Committee shall give guidelines to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Subdepartment of Education and Training for organization of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 assessment of realistic conditions concerning establishment or permission for establishment of a preschool.

What are xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 requirements to be satisfied by private preschools for conducting their educational activitiesin Vietnam?
According to Article 5 ofDecree 125/2024/ND-CP, there are 05 requirements to be satisfied by private preschools for conducting their educational activitiesin Vietnam as follows:
1. Own land, facilities, equipment, tools and toys, thereby meeting standards in terms of location, scale, area and basic facilities applied to preschools according to regulations issued by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Education and Training.
Regarding inner cities of special class urban areas, it shall be possible that xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 area of land used for construction of a preschool is replaced by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 floor area of land and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 floor area of land shall not be smaller than xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 minimum average land area per child according to regulations.
2. Have education curriculum, syllabuses and learning materials that meet requirements for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 early childhood education curriculum according to regulations promulgated by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Education and Training.
3. Employ adequate administrative officers, teachers, staff and employees that meet standards in order to organize child care, parenting and education activities, thereby meeting requirements for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 early childhood education curriculum according to regulations promulgated by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Education and Training.
4. Have a sufficient amount of financial resources in order to maintain and develop educational activities:
- Regarding a private preschool, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 investment capital shall be at least 30 million VND/child (excluding expenses incurred from land tenancy). xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 total minimum capital shall be calculated when xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 estimated education scale is greatest. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 capital plan shall conform to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 estimated scale of each stage.
Regarding a private preschool of which xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 facilities are not newly built but are leased or xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 existing facilities are used to conduct child care, parenting and education activities, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 capital shall be at least 70% of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 capital specified in point a of this clause;
- Regarding a public or non-public preschool, its financial resources shall be maintained by a competent management authority or local community so as to meet requirements for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 early childhood education curriculum according to regulations.
5. Have xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 statutes of organization and operation of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 preschool.
