vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay direct management agency facilitates individuals to participate in teaching, scientific research, and academic exchange activities abroad through promoting cooperation in education and scientific research with foreign educational institutions and science and technology organizations.
Vietnamese citizens accepted or invited by foreign entities for teaching, scientific research, and academic exchange need to communicate with vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay foreign party to specifically agree on vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following:
a) For teaching: Subject content or topic, teaching duration, and financial and insurance responsibilities of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parties;
b) For scientific research: Research content or research topic, research method, time abroad, and financial and insurance responsibilities of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parties;

Based on Clause 1, Article 19 ofDecree 86/2021/ND-CP, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay rights of Vietnamese citizens going abroad for academic exchanges are:
- Protected by Vietnamese representative agencies abroad regarding their lawful rights and interests according to Vietnamese law, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay host country’s law, and international law and practices during their academic exchange period abroad;
- Allowed to transfer their salary, wages, income, and other personal assets back to Vietnam according to Vietnamese law and vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay host country’s law;
- If they are employees of agencies or organizations enjoying vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay state budget, they are entitled to enjoy salaries, wages, other incomes, healthcare policies, social insurance, and other benefits based on agreement with vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay direct management agency and are welcomed back to work after completing their tasks abroad.

a) Exercise rights in cooperation with foreign countries according to Article 44 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay 2012 Law on Higher Education, Article 47 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay 2014 Law on Vocational Education, and Article 71 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay 2013 Law on Science and Technology;
b) Organize vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay sourcing, selection, training, and dispatch of persons for teaching, scientific research, and academic exchanges abroad;
