CONTENT

1. Educational plan of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school

a) xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational plan of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school is a plan to organize educational activities of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institution to implement xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational program issued by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Education and Training.

b) Annually, based on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school year plan determined by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Provincial People's Committee, central-affiliated cities, and xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay guidance on primary education tasks by competent authorities, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Principal organizes xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay construction of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school's educational plan according to Appendix 1 and ensures xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following contents:

- xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay plan for organizing teaching time for compulsory subjects, elective subjects, ensures xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay total number of sessions per school year as prescribed in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay primary school program; arranges xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay implementation time of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program to ensure scientific and pedagogical nature, does not cause pressure on students; flexible in organizing xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay teaching of subjects and educational activities suitable to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay actual conditions of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school, ensuring that by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay end of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school year, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay required outcomes are achieved as prescribed by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program.

- For educational activities of reinforcement, enhancement, and activities based on learners' needs organized in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form of experiences, field trips, social activities, exploring local culture, etc., xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Principal organizes xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay construction of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay implementation time plan suitable to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay implementation time plan of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay subjects, educational activities, and xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay specific conditions of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school; creates an environment for students to experience and apply xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay knowledge they have learned, develop xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competencies achieved in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay subjects and educational program into practice.

(1) Purpose

- To enhance xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay effectiveness of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay management of educational activities in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school; ensure democratic, transparent, and unified implementation among xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay entities in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school; coordinate xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization and implementation of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school's educational plan between xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school, parents, and relevant agencies and organizations in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay locality.

(2) Requirement

What are xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay 05 groups of duties and powers of schools at all levels in Vietnam?

Based on Clause 1, Article 60 ofEducation Law 2019, schools in Vietnamhave xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following 05 groups of duties and powers:

(1) Publicly announce objectives, programmes, educational plans, conditions of education quality assurance, evaluation and accreditation results of education quality; systems of degrees/diplomas and certificates of schools;

(2) Conduct admission, education, training, scientific research, transfer results of training and scientific research as appropriate of functions, duties and powers; to ratify or issue degrees/diplomas and certificates within authority;

(3) Propose demands and participate in recruitment of teachers and labour workers in public schools; to manage and employ teachers and labour workers; to manage learners;

(4) Mobilize, manage and utilize resources according to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay law; to build up infrastructure in conformity with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements of standardisation and modernisation;

(5) To coordinate with learners' families, organisations and individuals in educational activities; to arrange for teachers, labour workers and learners to participate in social activities and community service.
