Pursuant to Article 9 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Training Regulation for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ College Level in Preschool Education issued together withCircular 07/2023/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ assessment and grading of course modules are as follows:

- Retaking courses, exams, and improving grades:
a) Students who fail a course module must register to retake trực tiếp bóng đá k+ course in accordance with Clauses 1 and 2 of Article 3 of this Regulation, except for cases stipulated in Point đ Clause 5 of this Article ;trực tiếp bóng đá k+ last course grade is trực tiếp bóng đá k+ official grade of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ course module;
b) Students who have already passed a course module can register to retake trực tiếp bóng đá k+ course to improve their grade as per trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training institution's regulations.

a) Organizing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ evaluation of students' academic progress, including experimental activities, practice, assignments, and presentations as components of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ course module;
b) Organizing final exams for course modules, including regulations on review time and exam time, preparing exam questions, proctoring, grading, re-evaluation (if any), preserving exam papers, and dealing with exam postponements and exemptions;
c) Organizing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ evaluation of course modules, dissertations, internships, and other specific course modules;
d) Requiring a threshold grade higher than that specified in Point a Clause 3 of this Article; applying more letter grade classifications than those prescribed in Clause 3 of this Article;
dd) Allowing re-exams and re-evaluations of a component grade to improve trực tiếp bóng đá k+ course module grade from failing to passing; in such cases, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ course module grade after trực tiếp bóng đá k+ re-exam or re-evaluation is limited to a D or C grade;
e) Allowing students to retake courses to improve their grades and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ rule for calculating trực tiếp bóng đá k+ official grade of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ course module if trực tiếp bóng đá k+ grade in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ subsequent attempt is lower.

Thus, except in cases where re-exams and re-evaluations of a component grade are allowed to improve trực tiếp bóng đá k+ course module grade from failing, preschool college students must register to retake courses in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following cases:
- In trực tiếp bóng đá k+ case of annual training: Students who are assessed as not meeting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ normal academic progress will have to study with subsequent batches to retake trực tiếp bóng đá k+ failed courses according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training program requirements.
- In trực tiếp bóng đá k+ case of credit-based training: Students who fail a required course must retake that course or take an equivalent course according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training program requirements or take a substitute course if trực tiếp bóng đá k+ original course is no longer offered.

According to Clause 3, Article 14 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Training Regulation for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ College Level in Preschool Education issued together withCircular 07/2023/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following is stipulated:
Graduation recognition and awarding of graduation certificates

- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ rank of graduation is determined based on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ cumulative GPA specified in Clause 5 Article 10 of this Regulation, in which trực tiếp bóng đá k+ graduation rank of students with excellent and good cumulative GPAs will be reduced by one level if they fall into one of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following cases:
a) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ volume of retaken courses exceeds 5% of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ total credits required for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ entire program;
b) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ student has been disciplined with a warning level or higher during their study period.
- Students who have reached trực tiếp bóng đá k+ maximum study period but have not yet met trực tiếp bóng đá k+ graduation requirements due to incomplete physical education or national defense and security education courses or have not met trực tiếp bóng đá k+ output standards for foreign languages and information technology have 2 years from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ date of discontinuation to complete trực tiếp bóng đá k+ missing requirements and apply for graduation recognition.
- Students who do not graduate will be issued a certificate for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ courses they have accumulated in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training program of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training institution.

Thus, preschool ducation college students with excellent and good cumulative GPAs will have their graduation certificates downgraded if trực tiếp bóng đá k+ volume of retaken courses exceeds 5% of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ total credits required for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ entire program.
Do preschool education college students in Vietnamhave to register to retake courses themselves?
According to Article 7 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Training Regulation for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ College Level in Preschool Education issued together withCircular 07/2023/TT-BGDDT,trực tiếp bóng đá k+ organization of course registration is stipulated as follows::
Organization of course registration
- Before trực tiếp bóng đá k+ start of each semester, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training institution guides students to register for courses on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training institution's registration system.
- Credit-based students must register for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ class of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ intended courses for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ upcoming semester, including new courses, some failed courses (to retake), and some passed courses (to improve grades, if any), based on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ list of offered courses and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ registration conditions of each course.
- Annual-based students register to retake trực tiếp bóng đá k+ failed courses intended for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ upcoming semester, register to improve grades, or register for elective courses according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training program's regulations.
- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training institution's regulations specify trực tiếp bóng đá k+ process, procedures, organization, and management of students' course registration each semester, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ withdrawal of registered courses, and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ specific limits on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ study load for students in each semester within trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following frames:
a) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ minimum load is not less than two-thirds of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ average load per semester according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ standard study plan;
b) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ maximum load does not exceed three-halves of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ average load per semester according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ standard study plan.
Thus, preschool education college students must register themselves to retake trực tiếp bóng đá k+ failed courses.
