- Early educational intervention refers to intentional, planned, and methodical actions by educators to enhance đá bóng trực tiếp capabilities and meet đá bóng trực tiếp needs of children showing signs of impairment or functioning reduction, and children with disabilities. This aims to prevent or minimize difficulties caused by disabilities, create opportunities for children to develop optimally without disrupting their development or misdirecting it, and prepare children well for inclusive environments.
Therefore, children are eligible for early educational intervention when they show signs of impairment or functioning reduction, or if they are disabled.
Who is responsible for developing early detection and educational intervention plans in Vietnam?
