b) Approval of organization plans for anniversary activities:

- Ministers, heads of central agencies must approve xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 organization plans for ministry and central authority activities;

- Chairpersons of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 provincial People's Committees must approve xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 organization plans for provincial activities and localities.
