Based on Clause 1, Article 8 ofCircular 02/2021/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following regulations apply:
Salary Arrangement
1. Public employees appointed to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional titles of primary school teachers as specified in this Circular shall apply trực tiếp bóng đá k+ corresponding salary scale promulgated under Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP dated December 14, 2004, of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Government of Vietnam on salary policies applicable to officials and public employees and armed forces. Specifically:
a) Grade III primary school teachers, code V.07.03.29, shall apply trực tiếp bóng đá k+ salary coefficient for public employees of category A1, from a salary coefficient of 2.34 to a salary coefficient of 4.98;
b) Grade II primary school teachers, code V.07.03.28, shall apply trực tiếp bóng đá k+ salary coefficient for public employees of category A2, group A2.2, from a salary coefficient of 4.00 to a salary coefficient of 6.38;
c) Grade I primary school teachers, code V.07.03.27, shall apply trực tiếp bóng đá k+ salary coefficient for public employees of category A2, group A2.1, from a salary coefficient of 4.40 to a salary coefficient of 6.78.

Pursuant to Article 3 ofCircular 07/2024/TT-BNV, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ salary of official public employees is calculated as follows:
Salary = Statutory pay rate x Salary coefficient
At trực tiếp bóng đá k+ same time, according toNghị định 73/2024/NĐ-CP, when implementing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ increase in statutory pay rate to 2,340,000 VND/month, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ calculation of teachers' salaries from July 1, 2024, shall be as follows:
Salary = 2,340,000 VND x Salary coefficient
Therefore, when increasing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ statutory pay rate to 2.34, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ salary of grade I primary school teachers currently may range from 10,296,000 VND/month to 15,865,200 VND/month.

Grade I Primary School Teachers - Code: V.07.03.27
1. Responsibilities
Besides trực tiếp bóng đá k+ responsibilities of grade II primary school teachers, grade I primary school teachers must perform trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following duties:
a) Participate in editing, compiling, developing programs, and materials for teacher and student training or participate in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Council for selecting textbooks when chosen;
b) Preside over training and professional activities, school subjects, or participate in evaluating and approving scientific research topics from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ district level or higher;
c) Participate in external evaluation or participate in inspection, professional review teams from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ district level or higher;
d) Participate as judges in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ excellent teacher competition or excellent class teacher and good Team Leader of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Young Pioneers at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ district level or higher.

What are trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional competency standards for grade I primary school teachers in Vietnam?
According to Clause 4, Article 5 ofCircular 02/2021/TT-BGDDT(amended by Points d and g of Clause 3 and Clause 6, Article 2 ofCircular 08/2023/TT-BGDDT), grade I primary school teachers must meet trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following professional competency standards:
- Proactively implement and mobilize, guide colleagues in implementing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Communist Party and State's guidelines, policies, and laws, and local education requirements into assigned tasks;
- Be proactive, flexible, and creative in implementing educational plans to suit students, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school, and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ locality; support colleagues in effectively implementing teaching and educational plans;
- Actively share experiences, guide, and support colleagues, parents, and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ community to enhance student education effectiveness;
- Be capable of assessing or guiding colleagues in producing scientific research products from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ district level or higher;
- Be capable of applying information technology in professional activities; have proficiency in foreign languages or minority languages as required by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ work position;
- Be recognized as an emulation fighter of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ ministry/sector/province level or higher; or receive a commendation from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ provincial level or higher; or be recognized for attaining one of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following titles: excellent teacher, excellent class teacher, excellent Young Pioneers Team Leader from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ district level or higher;
- Public employees participating in examinations or promotions to grade I primary school teacher (code V.07.03.27) must have held trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional title of grade II primary school teacher (code V.07.03.28) or trực tiếp bóng đá k+ equivalent for at least 06 (six) years up to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ deadline for submitting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ registration dossier for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ examination or promotion.
