b) The title “Advanced Labor Collective”, “Advanced Unit” is rewarded 0.8 times the statutory pay rate;
c) The title of exemplary commune, ward, commune-level town is awarded a Certificate, frame, and a reward of 2.0 times the statutory pay rate;
d) The title of cultural hamlet, neighborhood is awarded a Certificate, frame, and a reward of 1.5 times the statutory pay rate;
đ) The title “Emulation Flag of the Government of Vietnam” is awarded a flag and a reward of 12.0 times the statutory pay rate;
e) The emulation flag of the ministry, department, sector, province is awarded a flag and a reward of 8.0 times the statutory pay rate;
g) The emulation flag of the military region, corps, service, branch, general department and equivalent units under the Ministry of National Defense, the Cipher Committee the Government of Vietnam; the emulation flag of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay is awarded a flag and a reward of 6.0 times the statutory pay rate.
Based on Article 3 ofDecree 73/2024/ND-CP, the statutory pay rate is 2,340,000 VND/month.

Based on Article 7 ofCircular 29/2023/TT-BGDDT:
Title “Emulation Flag of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay”
1. vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Emulation Flag is annually awarded to the most exemplary and outstanding collectives, leading the emulation movements organized by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and meeting the following criteria:
a) Exceeding the programs, plans, and tasks assigned for the year; introducing new elements and models for other units within vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay to emulate. If it is a production or business unit, it must comply with legal regulations and obligations to the State and National University;
b) Internal unity; actively practicing thrift, fighting wastefulness, corruption, negativity, and other social evils;
c) The Party organizations and unions are rated as having completed tasks well or above.
2. vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Emulation Flag is awarded to the most exemplary and outstanding collectives, leading the thematic emulation movements organized by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, which have been carried out for three years or more upon summing up the emulation movements; the subjects and criteria for awarding are specifically stipulated by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay according to each emulation movement.
3. The number of Emulation Flags awarded to collectives within vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay is determined by the Director of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay but does not exceed 20% of the total number of leading collectives in the emulation blocks and clusters organized by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay.
4. vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay does not award its Emulation Flag to collectives that have been awarded the Emulation Flag of the Ministry of Education and Training for the same achievements.
The Director of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay will determine the number of Emulation Flags awarded to collectives within vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay.
The number of Emulation Flags awarded to collectives within vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay does not exceed 20% of the total number of leading collectives in the emulation blocks and clusters organized by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay.

Definition of Terms
In this Circular, the following terms are understood as follows:
1. Units under the Ministry of Education and Training include departments, directorates, Inspectorate, and offices (hereinafter referred to as units under the Ministry).
2. Units affiliated with the Ministry of Education and Training include the public service providers affiliated with the Ministry of Education and Training; the management boards, project management units, programs under the Ministry of Education and Training, and Vietnam Education Publishing House (hereinafter referred to as units affiliated with the Ministry).
3. Units under vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay include the office, functional departments, member units, and units affiliated with vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay (hereinafter referred to as units under vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay).
4. Collectives considered for emulation titles and rewards include subject groups, specialized groups, and equivalent organizations and above.
5. Learning collectives include classes and groups of learners.
