- Develop a plan to implement lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay preschool education program issued by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Education and Training; mobilize, use, and manage resources to implement preschool education goals, contributing alongside lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay State to care for lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational cause, meeting social demands.
- Organize lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay nurturing, caring for, and educating children from 3 months old to 6 years old according to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay preschool education program.
- Ensure lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay implementation of children's rights and duties.

Authority and Procedures for Establishment or Approval of Establishment; Permission for Educational Activities, Suspension of Educational Activities; Merger, Division, Separation, Dissolution of Schools
1. Authority to establish public schools and approve lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay establishment of semi-public and private schools is specified as follows:
a) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Chairman of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay District People's Committee decides for kindergartens, preschools, primary schools, lower secondary schools, composite schools with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay highest grade level being lower secondary, and semi-boarding ethnic minority schools, except in cases specified at point d of this item;
b) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Chairman of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Provincial People's Committee decides for upper secondary schools, composite schools with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay highest grade level being upper secondary, boarding ethnic minority schools, and intermediate schools within lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay province, except in cases specified at points c and d of this item;
c) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister or Head of a Ministry or a Ministry-level agency decides for intermediate schools directly under their authority;
d) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Education and Training decides for preparatory colleges, pedagogical colleges, and schools directly under lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry; kindergartens, preschools, primary schools, lower secondary schools, upper secondary schools established at lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay request of foreign diplomatic missions, international organizations, and joint ventures involving lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Government of Vietnam;
e) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs decides for colleges, except pedagogical colleges;
f) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Prime Minister decides for higher education institutions.

3. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay person empowered to establish or approve lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay establishment of a school has lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authority to revoke lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay establishment or approval decision, merge, divide, separate, or dissolve lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay person empowered to permit educational activities has lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authority to decide on lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay suspension of educational activities.
