1. Homeroom teachers in primary schools are reduced by 3 hours/week, in lower and upper upper secondary schools are reduced by 4 hours/week.
- Homeroom teachers in ethnic boarding lower and upper upper secondary schools are reduced by 4 hours/week. Homeroom teachers in specialized schools and semi-boarding schools are reduced by 4 hours/week. Homeroom teachers in schools/classes for disabled or handicapped students are reduced by 3 hours/week.
