b) Announce trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay results of implementation of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Higher Education Institution Standard by higher education institutions before every June 30th, starting from 2025 for trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay preceding reporting year.
2. Higher education institutions shall:
a) Adequately, accurately and uniformly provide and update data serving determination of indicators and assessment of fulfillment of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay criteria set out in trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Higher Education Institution Standard to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay higher education database system. Data shall be finalized every December 31st; financial data shall be finalized on March 31stof trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay succeeding year.
b) Implement necessary measures to frequently supervise, improve quality and efficiency of higher education, satisfy all standards and criteria in trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Higher Education Institution Standard applicable to higher education institutions from 2025;
c) Provide explanation for students, competent authorities and relevant parties for quality and efficiency of higher education via trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay results of implementation of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Higher Education Institution Standard.

3. Developing trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay training programs towards trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay determined target; assuring trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay connection among trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay training programs and levels.

6. Actively assessing trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay training quality and subject to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay education quality inspections.
7. Using land and facilities allocated or leased out by trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay State; enjoying tax exemption and reduction as prescribed by law.
8. Mobilizing, managing and using trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay resources; building and enhancing trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay facilities, investing in equipment.
9. Cooperating with domestic and foreign economic, educational, cultural, sports, medical, scientific research organizations
10. Implement trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay regulations on information and reports, subject to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay inspections from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training, relevant Ministries, sectors and provincial People’s Committees where trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay higher education institutions are situated or organize training activities as prescribed.
11. Other duties and authority as prescribed by law provisions.
