Scope and regulated entities
- This Circular issues xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Competence Framework for learners (hereinafter referred to as xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Competence Framework).
- This Circular applies to educational institutions, educational and training programs (hereinafter collectively referred to as educational programs), and learners within xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 national education system; relevant organizations and individuals.
Thus, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Competence Framework newly issued by the Ministry of Education and Training applies to educational institutions, educational and training programs, and learners within the national education system; relevant organizations and individuals.
Under clause 1 of Article 6 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2Education Law 2019, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 national education system is an open and interconnected system includingformal and continuing education.
Formal education and continuing education are explained in Article 5 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2Education Law 2019as follows:
- “Formal education” means cohort-based education in educational institutions to implement a certain educational programme. It is established following xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 goals of each educational level and qualification, and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 learners are issued degrees/diplomas of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 national educational system.
