1. Career vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay job consulting vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay start-up support shall be provided in a manner that adopts the learner-centered approach; is associated with learners' needs vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for the benefit of learners; at the same time responds to demands from the labor vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay job market vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay develop learners' skills.

4. Infrastructure vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay equipment must be in place to facilitate the provision of career vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay job consulting, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay start-up support for learners; co-working spaces vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay start-up support spaces must be built vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay developed.

5. 6. Programs vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay documents on career vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay job consulting, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay start-up support vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training courses on necessary skills must be provided to learners vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the origin of the documents must be guaranteed.
