What is the organizational structure of a regional university in Vietnam?
Based on Article 4 of the Regulation on the organization and activities of regional universities and member higher education institutions issued along withCircular 10/2020/TT-BGDDT, the organizational structure of a regional university includes:
- Regional University Council.

- Scientific and Training Council; other councils (if any).
- Member universities, member research institutes (if any); university units of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, functional departments; scientific and technological organizations, libraries, and other service training organizations.
- Faculties, campuses, research institutes, centers, service facilities, enterprises, business establishments, and other units (if any) according to the development needs of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay.

1. The Director of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay is decided by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Council and submitted to the Minister of Education and Training for recognition, dismissal, and removal according to regulations.
- The term or appointment period of the Director of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay; standards for the Director of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay; tasks and powers of the Director of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay are executed under Clause 14, Article 1 of the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Higher Education (amending and supplementing Article 20 of the Law on Higher Education) and this Regulation.

Based on Clause 2, Article 5 of the Regulation on the organization and activities of regional universities and member higher education institutions issued along withCircular 10/2020/TT-BGDDT, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Council has duties and powers according to the provisions of theLuật Giáo dục đại trực tiếp bóng đá hôm, Nghị định 99/2019/NĐ-CPand performs the following duties and powers:
- Stipulating standards, number of terms, authorization of the Chairman of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Council; standards, duties, powers, election procedures, dismissal, vice-chairman of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Council (if any) and the secretary of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Council; number and structure of members of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Council; supplementation, replacement of members of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Council; forms of decision of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Council for each type of activity;
