(1) Be protected by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Association for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái legal rights and interests as prescribed by law.
(2) Be provided by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Association with information related to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Association's field of activities and participate in activities organized by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Association.
(3) Participate in giving opinions to formulate policies and work plans of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Association, propose opinions to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Association on issues related to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Association's fields of activities.
(4) Have xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái right to stand for election, nominate, and vote for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái leadership positions of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Association according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Association's Charter.
(5) Have xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái right to introduce new members.
(6) Be commended by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Association for outstanding achievements in promoting education, promoting talents, and building a learning society and proposed by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Association to state agencies for commendation according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Law on Emulation and Commendation.
(7) Have xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái right to voluntarily leave xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Association.
(8) Honorary members enjoy xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái same rights and obligations as official members, except xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái right to vote on Association matters and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái right to stand for election, nominate, and vote for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Association's Executive Board and Inspection Committee.
