- Having adequate training time at higher education level or higher:
+ Having sufficient time in training and fostering from university level or higher as regulated in Clauses 2 and 3 of Article 6 ofDecision 37/2018/QD-TTgfor đá bóng trực tiếp title of associate professor;
+ đá bóng trực tiếp time a lecturer works as an education specialist at a foreign higher education institution is counted as training time from university level or higher if there is a diplomatic letter or contract of invitation from đá bóng trực tiếp foreign higher education institution, specifying đá bóng trực tiếp job content, teaching time, or there is a decision from đá bóng trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training to send đá bóng trực tiếp applicant abroad as an education specialist;
