Based on Article 9 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Regulation on Admission and Training for Master's Degree, issued together withCircular 23/2021/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ evaluation of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ thesis is stipulated as follows:
Thesis Evaluation
- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ thesis is evaluated through a defense before a council. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ defense is held publicly, except for topics in fields requiring confidentiality, which are handled in accordance with State regulations.
- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ thesis evaluation council must meet trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following requirements:
a) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ council must have at least 05 members, including a chairman, a secretary, 02 reviewers, and other members; at least 01 reviewer must be from outside trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training institution.
b) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ qualifications of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ council members must meet trực tiếp bóng đá k+ standards as thesis advisors stipulated in clause 4 of Article 8 of this Regulation; trực tiếp bóng đá k+ chairman must be a permanent lecturer or researcher of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training institution.
c) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ advisor may participate in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ council as a member but cannot evaluate trực tiếp bóng đá k+ thesis; parents, spouses, children, siblings of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ student may not participate in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ council.
- Conditions for a student to defend trực tiếp bóng đá k+ thesis:
a) Completed all modules of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training program;
b) Submitted trực tiếp bóng đá k+ thesis, with trực tiếp bóng đá k+ advisor's approval for defense;
c) Completed other requirements as stipulated by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training institution.
Thus, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ requirements for a student to defend a master's thesis are:
- Completed all modules of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training program;
- Submitted trực tiếp bóng đá k+ thesis, with trực tiếp bóng đá k+ advisor's approval for defense;

Thesis Appraisal
- When there are complaints, denunciations, or in other cases as required for management, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training institution decides to organize trực tiếp bóng đá k+ quality appraisal of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ thesis.
- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ thesis appraisal council has trực tiếp bóng đá k+ same composition and standards as trực tiếp bóng đá k+ thesis evaluation council; members of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ thesis evaluation council do not participate in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ appraisal council.
- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training institution detail trực tiếp bóng đá k+ establishment of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ thesis appraisal council, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ meeting process of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ council, and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ handling of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ appraisal results.

Based on Article 12 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Regulation on Admission and Training for Master's Degree, issued together withCircular 23/2021/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ recognition of graduation and awarding of master's degree is stipulated as follows:
Recognition of Graduation and Awarding of Master's Degree
- Conditions for a student to be recognized for graduation:
a) Completed trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training program modules and successfully defended trực tiếp bóng đá k+ thesis, meeting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ requirements;
b) Met trực tiếp bóng đá k+ foreign language proficiency requirements as per trực tiếp bóng đá k+ output standards of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training program before graduation review; evidenced by one of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ diplomas or foreign language certificates meeting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ equivalent level 4 according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework used for Vietnam as stipulated in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Appendix of this Regulation or other equivalent certificates announced by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Ministry of Education and Training, or a bachelor's degree or higher in a foreign language discipline, or a bachelor's degree or higher in another discipline where trực tiếp bóng đá k+ program is carried out entirely in a foreign language;
c) Completed all responsibilities as stipulated by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training institution; not under criminal prosecution and not during a period of disciplinary action or suspension from studies.
- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training institution organizes trực tiếp bóng đá k+ review and issues trực tiếp bóng đá k+ decision to recognize graduation within 02 months from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ date trực tiếp bóng đá k+ student successfully defends trực tiếp bóng đá k+ thesis, up to an additional 03 months in cases where it is necessary to organize a thesis appraisal.

Thus, a student is recognized for graduation with a master's degree when trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following conditions are met:
- Completed trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training program modules and successfully defended trực tiếp bóng đá k+ thesis, meeting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ requirements;
- Met trực tiếp bóng đá k+ foreign language proficiency requirements as per trực tiếp bóng đá k+ output standards of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training program before graduation review; evidenced by one of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ diplomas or foreign language certificates meeting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ equivalent level 4 according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework used for Vietnam
