b) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 expiry of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 suspension period of educational activities stated in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 suspension decision without rectifying xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 cause for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 suspension;
c) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 goals and operational content stated in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 decision to establish or permit xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 establishment of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 primary school no longer conform to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 local socioeconomic development requirements;
d) At xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 request of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 organization or individual proposing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 establishment of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 primary school.
2. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Chairman of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level People's Committee shall decide on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 dissolution of public primary schools and permit xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 dissolution of private primary schools.
3. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 dossier includes:
a) For dissolution based on points a, b, and c, Clause 1, this Article, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 dossier includes:
- Written proposal for dissolution by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Department of Education and Training;
- Dossier of suspension of educational activities;
- Documents on failure to rectify causes leading to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 suspension of educational activities;
- Decision to establish xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection team;
- Inspection report.
b) For dissolution based on point d, Clause 1, this Article, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 dossier includes:
- Written proposal for dissolution by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 organization or individual;
- Written proposal for dissolution by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Department of Education and Training (This content is annulled by Article 2 of Decree 135/2018/ND-CP).
4. Procedure for implementation:
a) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Department of Education and Training evaluates xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 extent of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 violations as specified in points a, b, and c of Clause 1, this Article, or reviews xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 request for dissolution by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 organization or individual establishing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 primary school; reports in writing to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Chairman of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level People’s Committee to issue a dissolution decision;
b) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Chairman of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level People’s Committee, based on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 recommendation of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Department of Education and Training, issues xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 dissolution decision within 20 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of receiving xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 complete dossier. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 dissolution decision must clearly state xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 reason for dissolution and measures to ensure xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 legal rights and interests of students, teachers, administrators, and staff and must be publicly announced through mass media.
