Training, retraining, recruitment of teachers and lecturers

1. The training of teachers and lecturers in national defense and security lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay is regulated as follows:

a) Full-time training in the specialized field of national defense and security lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, focusing for 4 years for candidates possessing anupper secondarydiploma;

b) Second degree training, focusing for 2 years for candidates who possess a bachelor's degree in other majors;

c) Second degree training, focusing for 18 months for candidates who are teachers, lecturers currently teaching atupper secondaryschools, vocational lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institutions, higher lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institutions and have a national defense and security lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training certificate for a period of not less than 6 months.

2. Teachers and lecturers in national defense and security lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay are regularly trained and fostered at institutions of the people's armed forces, centers for national defense and security lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay.

3. The Government of Vietnam regulates the conditions for higher lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institutions and institutions of the people's armed forces to train teachers and lecturers in national defense and security lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay; the Ministry of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and Training decides which higher lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institutions and schools of the people's armed forces are qualified to train teachers and lecturers in national defense and security lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay.
