- Advise educational institutions on quality improvement after being accredited for educational quality.

Based on Clauses 2 and 3, Article 13 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Regulations on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ conditions for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ establishment and dissolution, duties, and powers of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational quality accreditation organization issued together withCircular 61/2012/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ duties and responsibilities of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational quality accreditation organization are stipulated as follows:
Duties of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational quality accreditation organization in Vietnam:
- Publicly announce trực tiếp bóng đá k+ decision to establish or allow trực tiếp bóng đá k+ establishment of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational quality accreditation organization, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ license for quality accreditation activities, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ organizational and operational regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational quality accreditation organization, and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ list of accreditors on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ website of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational quality accreditation organization and other mass media;
- At least 30 days before trực tiếp bóng đá k+ license for quality accreditation activities expires, if trực tiếp bóng đá k+ organization wishes to continue its activities, it must submit a written request to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Ministry of Education and Training for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ continuation of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ quality accreditation activities license;
- Comply with regulations on educational quality evaluation standards, quality accreditation processes; principles of operation, conditions, and standards of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ organization and individuals engaged in educational quality accreditation activities;
- Organize educational quality accreditation activities according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ correct subjects and scope stated in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ license for quality accreditation activities;
- Provide consulting services for educational quality accreditation to educational institutions; fully implement trực tiếp bóng đá k+ terms recorded in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ consulting service contracts signed with educational institutions; be responsible for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional activities carried out by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational quality accreditation organization;
- Manage accreditors, officers, and employees of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational quality accreditation organization;
- Manage finances, conduct revenues and expenditures according to current legal regulations;
- Annually, before December 31, submit a written report to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Ministry of Education and Training, including trực tiếp bóng đá k+ status of educational quality accreditation activities; changes during trực tiếp bóng đá k+ year, advantages, difficulties, recommendations, proposals, and information that needs to be provided to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Ministry of Education and Training.
Responsibilities of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational quality accreditation organization in Vietnam:
- Be responsible before trực tiếp bóng đá k+ law, before trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational institution registered for educational quality accreditation, and before organizations and individuals using trực tiếp bóng đá k+ results of educational quality accreditation for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ services provided;
- Purchase professional liability insurance for accreditors, set up a professional risk provision fund according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Ministry of Finance;
- Compensate for damages caused by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ fault of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational quality accreditation organization to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational institution registered for educational quality accreditation in carrying out educational quality accreditation services and other related services; trực tiếp bóng đá k+ level of compensation is agreed upon by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ two parties or determined by a competent dispute resolution body;
- During trực tiếp bóng đá k+ process of carrying out educational quality accreditation activities, if discovering that trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational institution registered for educational quality accreditation shows signs of violating trực tiếp bóng đá k+ law, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational quality accreditation organization has a responsibility to notify trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational institution registered for educational quality accreditation, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Ministry of Education and Training, and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ direct management body of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational institution;
- Provide records and documents of educational quality accreditation upon written request from competent state agencies according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ law;
- Be civilly liable according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ law; not allow any individual or organization to exploit trực tiếp bóng đá k+ name and facilities of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational quality accreditation organization to conduct educational quality accreditation activities.

- Hire domestic and foreign experts to cooperate with accreditors in performing service contract or cooperate with other educational quality accreditation organizations according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ law.
- Participate in professional organizations on educational quality accreditation at home and abroad.
- Request trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational institution registered for educational quality accreditation to provide sufficient, prompt documents and information related to educational quality accreditation activities.
- Inspect and verify information and evidence related to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational institution registered for educational quality accreditation.
- Request units and individuals with competence to verify expertise or provide consulting related to educational quality accreditation activities.
- Have trực tiếp bóng đá k+ right to refuse to provide educational quality accreditation services.
- Exercise other rights according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ law.
