In cases where students have health insurance cards and seek medical treatment out-of-network, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay cost coverage from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay health insurance fund is defined within vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay benefits and coverage level for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay insured as follows:
- At a central hospital: 40% of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay inpatient treatment costs;
- At a provincial hospital: 100% of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay inpatient treatment costs nationwide;

Note: Ethnic minorities and people from poor households who participate in health insurance and live in economically or socially disadvantaged areas, areas with special difficulties, island communes, or island districts, will have vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay cost of medical treatment at district hospitals, inpatient treatment at provincial and central hospitals covered by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay health insurance fund according to their benefits and coverage levels.

5. 7. For vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay subjects stipulated in Clause 3, Article 4 of this Decree:
a) Health insurance cards are issued annually for students in general education institutions, specifically:
- For first-grade students: Validity starts from October 01 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay first year of primary education;
- For twelfth-grade students: Validity lasts until vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay end of September 30 of that year.
b) Health insurance cards are issued annually for students in higher education or vocational education institutions, specifically:
- For first-year students: Validity starts from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of enrollment, unless vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay health insurance card from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay twelfth-grade is still valid;
- For final-year students: Validity lasts until vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay last day of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay month in which vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay course concludes.
