What are standards for Grade 1 lower secondary school teachers in Vietnam?
Based on Article 5 ofCircular 03/2021/TT-BGDDT(amended đá bóng trực tiếp repealed in some parts by Article 3 ofCircular 08/2023/TT-BGDDT), the standards for the professional titles of Grade 1 lower secondary school teachers are specified as follows:
* Standards for Educational đá bóng trực tiếp Training Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in the teacher training sector for lower secondary school teachers.
In case the subject does not have enough teachers with a bachelor's degree in the teacher training sector, they must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant major đá bóng trực tiếp a certificate of pedagogical training for lower secondary school teachers according to the program issued by the Minister of Education đá bóng trực tiếp Training.
- Possess a certificate of training according to the standards for the professional titles of lower secondary school teachers.
* Standards for Professional Competence đá bóng trực tiếp Skills
- Actively, proactively implement đá bóng trực tiếp propagate, mobilize, đá bóng trực tiếp guide colleagues to implement the policies, guidelines, laws of the Communist Party, State, regulations, đá bóng trực tiếp requirements of the sector đá bóng trực tiếp local authorities on secondary education in the assigned tasks;
- Have the ability to implement đá bóng trực tiếp guide, support colleagues in building lesson plans đá bóng trực tiếp educational plans suitable for the actual conditions of the school đá bóng trực tiếp local area; guide, support colleagues in building interdisciplinary lessons;
- Have the ability to implement đá bóng trực tiếp guide, support colleagues in applying teaching đá bóng trực tiếp educational methods đá bóng trực tiếp technologies aimed at developing students' qualities đá bóng trực tiếp competencies suitable for the actual conditions of the school đá bóng trực tiếp local area;
- Apply đá bóng trực tiếp guide, support colleagues in using forms, methods to assess, evaluate the learning outcomes, training, đá bóng trực tiếp progress of students aiming at developing their qualities đá bóng trực tiếp competencies;
- Apply đá bóng trực tiếp guide, support colleagues in effectively implementing psychological counseling đá bóng trực tiếp career guidance for students, integrating them into teaching đá bóng trực tiếp educational activities;
- Have the ability to propose measures to the school to enhance close coordination between the school đá bóng trực tiếp relevant organizations, individuals in implementing teaching đá bóng trực tiếp educational activities for students;
- Have the ability to guide, support colleagues, đá bóng trực tiếp share experiences on professional competence đá bóng trực tiếp skills development;
- Have the ability to apply information technology in performing the tasks of a lower secondary school teacher Rank 1 đá bóng trực tiếp have the ability to use a foreign language or ethnic minority language in some specific assigned tasks;
- Be recognized as a grassroots-level emulation fighter; or receive commendations from provincial level or above; or be recognized for one of the titles such as excellent teacher, excellent class teacher, excellent Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization teacher from district level or above;
- Public employees participating in the examination or consideration for promotion to the professional title of Grade 1 lower secondary school teachers (code V.07.04.30) must have held the professional title of Grade 2lower secondary school teachers (code V.07.04.31) or equivalent for at least 6 years as of the deadline for submitting applications for the examination or promotion consideration.

- Proactively update đá bóng trực tiếp flexibly đá bóng trực tiếp effectively apply teaching đá bóng trực tiếp educational methods đá bóng trực tiếp technologies to meet the goals of the general education program, suitable for the actual conditions of the school đá bóng trực tiếp local area;
- Proactively update đá bóng trực tiếp creatively apply forms, methods to assess, evaluate the learning outcomes, training, đá bóng trực tiếp progress of students aiming at developing their qualities đá bóng trực tiếp competencies;
- Have the ability to effectively apply methods of psychological counseling đá bóng trực tiếp career guidance suitable for each student in teaching đá bóng trực tiếp educational activities;
- Proactively create a healthy, trusting cooperative relationship with parents, organizations, đá bóng trực tiếp individuals related to the implementation of teaching đá bóng trực tiếp educational activities for students;
- Proactively research đá bóng trực tiếp have the ability to promptly update new professional requirements; creatively, appropriately, đá bóng trực tiếp effectively apply forms to improve one's professional competence đá bóng trực tiếp skills;
- Have the ability to apply information technology in professional activities; have the ability to use a foreign language or use an ethnic minority language as required by the job position;
- Be recognized as a grassroots-level emulation fighter; or receive a commendation or certificate of merit from the district level or above; or be recognized for one of the titles such as excellent teacher, excellent class teacher from school level or above, excellent Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization teacher from district level or above;
- Public employees participating in the examination or consideration for promotion to the professional title of Grade 2 lower secondary school teachers (code V.07.04.31) must have held the professional title of Grade 3lower secondary school teachers (code V.07.04.32) or equivalent for at least 9 years (excluding probationary period) as of the deadline for submitting applications for the examination or promotion consideration.
