According to Article 4 ofDecree 81/2021/ND-CP, state management of service prices in education xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training is regulated as follows:

- The Ministry of Education xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Training, Ministry of Labor - Invalids xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Social Affairs:

+ Preside, cooperate with the Ministry of Finance, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay other relevant ministries xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay central authorities to perform state management functions for tuitions xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay prices of other services in education xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training;

+ Guide processes xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay develop, appraise, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay issue economic-technical norms, methods for determining tuitions, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay prices of other services in education xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training applicable across the education xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training sector as per management decentralization;

+ Decide on the method of task assignment, ordering, bidding to provide education xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training products xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay services under the list of public services utilizing state budget from central budget sources as per management decentralization;

+ Decide on the service price ordering in education xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training under the list of public services utilizing the central budget as per management decentralization.

- Ministries, equivalent agencies, within their functions xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay powers:

- Provincial-level People’s Committees:

+ Decide on the service price ordering in education xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training under the list of public services utilizing local management discretion budget, Provincial People’s Committees submit to Provincial People’s Councils for decision on frameworks or rates of public preschool, general education tuitions;

What are principles for determination ofservice prices in education xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training in Vietnam?

According to Article 5 ofDecree 81/2021/ND-CP, the determination of service prices in education xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training is based on the following principles:

- Service prices in education xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training are determined according to the laws on pricing xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations of the Government of Vietnam on the financial autonomy mechanism of public service providers.

- Service prices in education xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training are adjusted to match the quality of educational xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training services, but the rate of increase in service prices does not exceed 15% per year.
