Conditions and procedures for establishment; conditions for educational activities; merger, division, suspension trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay activities, dissolution trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay primary schools and other educational institutions

1. Conditions and procedures for the establishment trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay public primary schools, permission to establish private primary schools; conditions and procedures for primary schools to engage in educational activities; merger, division trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay primary schools; suspension trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational activities for primary schools; dissolution trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay primary schools shall be in accordance with the regulations trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the Government trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnam on investment conditions and activities in the field trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay education.

2. Conditions and procedures for other educational institutions to implement primary education programs; suspension, revocation trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay permission for other educational institutions to implement primary education programs shall be in accordance with the regulations trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the Government trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnam on investment conditions and activities in the field trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay education.

3. Conditions for primary schools and other educational institutions implementing primary education programs to operate must meet the minimum standards according to current regulations.

According to Article 16 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayDecree 46/2017/ND-CPamended by Clause 8, Article 1 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayDecree 135/2018/ND-CP, the procedures for establishing a public primary school are as follows:

- The People's Committee trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the commune for public primary schools shall directly or by post submit 01 dossier prescribed in Clause 2, Article 16 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayDecree 46/2017/ND-CPto the Department trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training;

- The Department trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training receives the dossier. Within 05 working days from the date trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receipt trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the dossier, if the dossier is unsatisfactory, they shall notify in writing the contents that need to be corrected or supplemented to the organization or individual.

Within 15 working days from the date trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receipt trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay a complete and valid dossier, the Department trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training shall lead, cooperate with relevant specialized departments to appraise the dossier and actual conditions for the establishment trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the primary school.

If the conditions are met, the Head trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the Department trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training shall provide a written opinion and send the dossier requesting the establishment or permission for the establishment trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the school to the district-level People's Committee;

- Within 05 working days from the date trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receipt trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay a complete and valid dossier, the Chairman trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the district-level People's Committee shall decide on the establishment or permission to establish the school.

If the establishment or permission for the establishment is not granted, a written notification stating the reasons shall be sent to the Department trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training, the People’s Committee trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the commune, and the organization or individual requesting the establishment trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the school.

- After a period trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay 02 years from the date the decision on the establishment or permission to establish comes into effect, if the primary school is not permitted to operate in education, the Department trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training shall report to the Chairman trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the district-level People's Committee for a decision to annul the decision on the establishment or permission to establish the school.
