2. Employment contracts are entered into in accordance with current legal regulations.

What arethe personnel norms in a lower secondary school in Vietnam?

According to Article 10 ofCircular 20/2023/TT-BGDDTstipulating trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Framework List of Job Positions in a lower secondary school:

List of job positions, guidelines for job position descriptions in lower secondary schools, ethnic ninority boarding schools, ethnic semi-boarding secondary schools, and schools for people with disabilities (hereinafter collectively referred to as lower secondary schools)

1. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ list of leading, managerial, and specialized job titles in lower secondary schools is stipulated in Appendix I attached to this Circular.

2. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ list of general and administrative job positions in lower secondary schools is stipulated in Appendix II attached to this Circular.

3. Guidelines for job position descriptions:

a) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ description of leading, managerial job positions in a lower secondary school is guided in Appendix III attached to this Circular;

b) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ description of specialized job titles in a lower secondary school is guided in Appendix V attached to this Circular;

c) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ description of general and administrative job positions in a lower secondary school shall follow trực tiếp bóng đá k+ guidelines in Circular No. 12/2022/TT-BNV.

4. Based on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ guidelines for describing leading, managerial job positions, specialized job positions, general and administrative job positions stipulated in Clause 3 of this Article, lower secondary schools develop specific and appropriate job position descriptions for each job position of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ unit, submit for approval to competent authorities in accordance with regulations.

What are trực tiếp bóng đá k+ principles for determining job positions and personnel normsby alower secondary school in Vietnam?

According to Article 2 ofCircular 20/2023/TT-BGDDTstipulating principles for determining job positions and personnel norms as follows:

- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ determination of job positions and personnel norms in public general education institutions shall follow trực tiếp bóng đá k+ provisions of Article 3 ofDecree 106/2020/ND-CP.

- Job positions and personnel norms in public general education institutions must ensure:

+ Sufficient personnel according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ norms specified in this Circular to carry out trực tiếp bóng đá k+ teaching of all subjects and educational activities in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ general education program issued by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Ministry of Education and Training and to perform general andadministrative jobsof trực tiếp bóng đá k+ public general education institution;

+ Job positions that do not have enough workload to perform according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ prescribed time of one employee shall be assigned concurrent tasks.

Those job positions that have not yet been assigned staff will hire contractual employeesor assign concurrent tasks.

Those assigned concurrent tasks must be trained and fostered to meet trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional capacity and expertise of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ concurrent job positions.

- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ of teachers in public general education institutions includes teachers recruited into public employees and teachers under employment contracts.

Public general education institutions that have a lower number ofteachers beingpublic employees than trực tiếp bóng đá k+ maximum norm specified inThông tư 20/2023/TT-BGDĐT(due to insufficient personnel or not being able to recruit) shall determine trực tiếp bóng đá k+ of contracted teacher positions according to the maximum norm specified inThông tư 20/2023/TT-BGDĐTand contract teachers in accordance withNghị định 111/2022/NĐ-CP.

- Personnel norms and job positions stipulated in this Circular are determined based on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ class scale of each public general education institution.

- For schools with multiple educational levels:

+ trực tiếp bóng đá k+ of vice principals shall follow the regulation on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ of deputies inNghị định 120/2020/NĐ-CP;

+ trực tiếp bóng đá k+ of teachers shall follow the regulations inThông tư 20/2023/TT-BGDĐTfor each educational level;

+ The list of job positions, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ of positions of specialized professional job titles (excluding teachers, teachers in charge of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization, and support for educating people with disabilities), general job positions, and administrative job positions in schools with multiple educational levels shall follow the regulations for the highest educational level.

+ Support job positions for educating people with disabilities in schools with multiple educational levels with disability-inclusion students: Schools with fewer than 20 disability-inclusion students are arranged 01 person; schools with 20 or more disability-inclusion students are arranged a maximum of 02 people;

+ Each school may arrange 01 teacher (elementary or lower secondary school teacher) to act as trực tiếp bóng đá k+ chief of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization.
