- Individuals involved in organizing kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Competition must meet kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp following standards:

+ Have good moral character and a high sense of responsibility;

+ Possess appropriate professional competence and experience that meets kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp requirements of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Competition's tasks;

1. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Judges of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Competition is established by a decision of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Head of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Steering Committee and consists of:

a) kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Head of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Judges is a reputable scientist with an academic title of associate professor or higher;

b) Jurors are scientists, experts, lecturers, teachers with expertise relevant to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Competition's field. Each field or group of fields has 01 (one) subgroup of jurors; each subgroup has 01 (one) Head who is also a juror of that subgroup;

c) Secretaries are experts from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Secondary Education Department, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Continuing Education Department, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Quality Management Department, lecturers, and teachers.

2. Duties and powers of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Judges

a) Study and implement kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp scoring process and criteria according to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp scoring guidelines approved by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Head of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Steering Committee of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Competition;

c) Be responsible for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp accuracy, fairness, and objectivity in evaluating kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp competition projects;

d) Propose solutions for issues arising during kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp scoring process for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Head of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Steering Committee of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Competition to decide.
