- Be a student in grade 10, grade 11, or grade 12;

Responsibilities and benefits of candidates
1. Responsibilities of Candidates
a) Take responsibility for their project in accordance with this Regulation and lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organizing guidelines issued by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training;
b) Register for lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Competition through their unit;
c) Participate in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Competition in accordance with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay guidelines of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training and lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Steering Committee of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Competition.
2. Benefits of Candidates
Candidates winning awards in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Competition are entitled to academic benefits and other benefits according to regulations.
Thus, candidates participating in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Scientific Research Competition for upper secondary school students must take responsibility for their project and have lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following additional responsibilities:

2. For Candidates:

Standards for individuals involved in organizing lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Competition
1. Members of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Steering Committee, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Dossier Evaluation Council, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Judging Panel, and lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Organizing Committee are involved in organizing lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Competition.
2. Individuals involved in organizing lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Competition must meet lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following standards:
a) Possess good moral character and high sense of responsibility;
b) Have suitable professional expertise and experience that meets lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Competition task;
c) Do not have wives, husbands, children, siblings, direct nephews/nieces or those of their spouse's family, or stepchildren of their spouse participating in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Competition in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay year lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Competition is held;
d) Are not lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay supervisors or current teachers of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay candidates;
e) Are not under disciplinary investigation or criminal prosecution.
