Criteria and conditions for consideration for rank promotion to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay professional title of principal lecturer (grade II), code V.07.01.02

Lecturers in public higher education institutions can register for consideration for rank promotion to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay professional title of principal lecturer (grade II), code V.07.01.02 if they meet lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following criteria and conditions:

1. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay public higher education institution has a need, has a job position corresponding to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayprofessional titlegrade for which lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay public employee applies forconsideration for rank promotion, and they have been sent to attend lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay consideration for rank promotion by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competent authority.

2. They are holding lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay professional title of lecturer (grade III), code V.07.01.03.

3.They have been rated at Qualified or higher in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay year immediately preceding lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay year of consideration for rank promotion to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay professional title of principal lecturer (grade II), code V.07.01.02; possess good political qualities and professional ethics; not currently under disciplinary action; not currently subject to regulations related to discipline as prescribed by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay CPV and law.

4.They meet lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay minimum working time requirement while holding lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay professional title of lecturer (grade III), code V.07.01.03; meetthe qualification, and professional competence standards of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay position of principal lecturer (grade II), code V.07.01.02 as stipulated in clauses 2 and 3 of Article 6 of Circular No. 40/2020/TT-BGDDT dated October 26, 2020 by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Education and Training, which stipulates lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay codes, standards of professional titles, appointment, and salary grading for public teaching employees in public higher education institutions, and amended, supplemented by Circular No. 04/2022/TT-BGDDT dated March 4, 2022 by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Education and Training.

- Lead or participate in building and developing training programs; propose policies, directions, and measures to develop lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay assigned field or major; actively propose solutions to improve teaching quality, and methods of assessing students' learning and practice outcomes;
