Cases of appointment to professional titles of lower secondary school teachers
1. Public employees who have been appointed to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay professional titles of lower secondary school teachers as prescribed in Joint Circular No. 22/2015/TTLT-BGDĐT-BNV are now appointed to professional titles of lower secondary school teachers specified in this Circular as follows:
a/ Appointment to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay professional title of Grade III lower secondary school teacher (code V.07.04.32) for Grade III lower secondary school teachers (code V.07.04.12) meeting trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay requirements of training qualifications of Grade III lower secondary school teacher (code V.07.04.32);
b) Appointment to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay professional title of Grade II lower secondary school teacher (code V.07.04.31) for Grade II lower secondary school teachers (code V.07.04.11) who have trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay total period of holding trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay professional title of Grade III lower secondary school teacher (code V.07.04.12) and Grade II lower secondary school teacher (code V.07.04.11) or equivalent for 09 (nine) years or more (excluding trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay probationary period);
c) Appointment to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay professional title of Grade I lower secondary school teacher(code V.07.04.30) for Grade I lower secondary school teachers (code V.07.04.10).
Thus,according to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay regulations, teachers holding trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay old professional title of Grade II lower secondary school teacher (code V.07.04.11) will be appointed to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay new professional title of Grade II lower secondary school teacher (code V.07.04.31) if they meet theprofessional title standards of Grade III lower secondary school teacher (code V.07.04.12) and Grade II lower secondary school teacher (code V.07.04.11)

Salary Arrangement
1. Public employees appointed toprofessional titles of loewerlower secondary school teachersprescribed in this Circular shall apply trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay corresponding payroll issued with Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP dated December 14, 2004, of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Government of Vietnam regarding salary policies for officials, public employees, and armed forces. To be specific:
a) Grade III lower secondary school teacher, code V.07.04.32, applies trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay salary coefficient of public employee category A1, from a salary coefficient of 2.34 to a salary coefficient of 4.98;
b) Grade II lower secondary school teacher, code V.07.04.31, applies trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay salary coefficient of public employee category A2, group A2.2, from a salary coefficient of 4.00 to a salary coefficient of 6.38;
c) Grade I lower secondary school teacher, code V.07.04.30, applies trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay salary coefficient of public employee category A2, group A2.1, from a salary coefficient of 4.4 to a salary coefficient of 6.78.
2. Salary arrangement upon appointment to a professional title gradeshould follow trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay guidance in Clause 1, Section II, Circular No. 02/2007/TT-BNV dated May 25, 2007, of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Ministry of Home Affairs on salary arrangement when promoting, transferring, or changing trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay rank of officials andcategory ofpublic employees, and according to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay current legal provisions. Principle 1.trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay appointment to professional titles of lower secondary school teachers prescribed in this Circular must be based on trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay currently held job position and ensure trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay attainment of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay standards for trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay professional titles as prescribed in Articles 3, 4, 5, and as stipulated in Article 7Circular 03/2021/TT-BGDDT(Article 7 amended by Clause 8, Article 3Circular 08/2023/TT-BGDDT).
Principle 2.When appointing teachers from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay professional titles of lower secondary school teachersas prescribed inThông tư liên tịch 22/2015/TTLT-BGDĐT-BNV(which expired and was replaced byThông tư 03/2021/TT-BGDĐT) to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay professional titles of lower secondary school teachersas prescribed in this Circular, rank promotion to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay professional title is not combined.
