Under Clause 1, Article 15 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Regulation on higher education issued together withCircular 08/2021/TT-BGDDT, university students are allowed to retain their study results in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp following cases:
- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student is conscripted;
- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student is selected to represent Vietnam in an international competition by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp competent authority;
- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student is ill, is pregnant or has an accident that requires long-term treatment, which is verified by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp competent healthcare facility according to regulations of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ministry of Health;
- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student takes leave for a personal reason but has attended at least 01 semester in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp training institution and is not considered for forced leave from school or discipline.

Are university students in Vietnam allowed to study two programs simultaneously?
Under Article 18 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Regulation on higher education issued together withCircular 08/2021/TT-BGDDTregulating kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp simultaneous enrollment in two programs:
Simultaneous enrollment in two programs
1.For credit-based training, students may register for units of study of another training program or academic discipline besides their own according to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp situation of their training institutions, but may enjoy official rights pertaining to and apply for graduation from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp second program only when they have successfully enrolled in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp second program according to regulations in Clause 2 herein.
2.Students may apply for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp second program after they have reached second year of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp first program. At kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp time of application, students must meet either of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp following conditions and other conditions of their training institutions:
a) Have good GPA or higher and meet admission requirements of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp second program in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp admission year;
b) Have average GPA and meet admission requirements of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp second program in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp admission year.
Thus, university students following kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp credit-based training method are allowed to study two programs simultaneously when:
- They have reached kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp second year of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp first program.
- At kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp time of application, students must meet either of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp following conditions and other conditions of their training institutions:
+ Have good GPA or higher and meet admission requirements of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp second program in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp admission year;
+ Have average GPA and meet admission requirements of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp second program in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp admission year.
Note:
- While a student is enrolled in two programs simultaneously, if GPA of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp first program falls below kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp average level or kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student receives an academic warning, they must stop attending kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp second program in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp following semester; and be removed from list of students enrolled in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp second program.
-Maximum time for a student to attend two programs simultaneously shall be kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp maximum study time of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp first program provided for in Clause 5 Article 2 of this Regulation.
- While kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student enrolls in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp second program, results of units of study with equivalent content and academic load of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp first program may be recognized.
-Students may apply for graduation from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp second program if they are eligible and have applied for graduation from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp first program at least 02 years before applying for graduation from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp second program.
What arethe disciplinary actions againststudents sitting exams for other peoplein Vietnam?
Under Clause 2, Article 20 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Regulation on higher education issued together withCircular 08/2021/TT-BGDDTregulating kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp handling of violations committed by students:
Handling of violations committed by students
1.Students committing fraud in examinations and academic performance assessments shall be subject to disciplinary actions for each unit of study where they commit fraud according to regulations of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp applicable regulation on high school graduation exam promulgated by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training, unless otherwise provided for in Clause 2 herein.
2.Students sitting exams for other people or asking other people to sit their exams shall be suspended from study for 01 year if they commit this violation for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp first time and forced to leave school if they commit this violation for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp second time.
3.Students using forged documents, degrees or certificates to apply for admission or graduation shall be forced to leave school; and any graduation degree awarded shall be confiscated and disposed of.
Thus, students sitting exams for other people or asking other people to sit their exams shall:
+ be suspended from study for 01 year if they commit this violation for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp first time and
+ be forced to leave school if they commit this violation for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp second time
