1. School principal

a) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ principal of a private school shall manage and direct trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school's operations and take responsibility for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school’s educational quality.

b) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ principal of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ private school must meet all requirements as prescribed in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Charter of private schools, not be older than 70 years of age when he/she is nominated and not be an official, an employee of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ state personnel.

Each person may not hold trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Principal position concurrently in two private schools.

What are trực tiếp bóng đá k+ duties of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ principal of a private lower secondary school?

Firstly, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ responsibilities of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ principal are stipulated in Article 56 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+Education Law 2019of Vietnam. School principal is responsible for managing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school's operations and is appointed or recognised by a competent authority.

Standards, duties and powers of school principal; appointment procedure of principals of vocational education and higher education institutions shall be implemented as prescribed in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Law on Vocational education, Law on Higher education and other relevant provisions.

- Organize teaching activities and other activities according to regulations, ensure trực tiếp bóng đá k+ quality, comply with regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Law and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ plan approved by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school council in order to achieve goals of developing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school;

- Implement trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school council's resolutions; organize and administer professional activities, ensure trực tiếp bóng đá k+ quality of education and operation of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school within their duties and rights;

- Sign labor contracts with teachers and staff in case of being authoritized by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ investor or owner conference; appoint and dismiss group leaders and vice-leaders, reward and discipline teachers, staff and students in accordance with regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Law after approval of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school council;

- Make estimates and annual budget settlement then submit them to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ investor or owner conference for approval and implement according to regulations; send regular reports to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ investor or owner conference; school council and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ competent agencies related to financial activities and operation of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school;

- Ensure order, security, environment protection and safety in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school;

- Attend trực tiếp bóng đá k+ meetings of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school council (if he/she is not a member) without voting right; report teaching activities to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school council, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ investor or owner conference; reserve his/her opinions different from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ decision of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school council then send report to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ superior education authority for consideration.

- Perform other duties and rights as prescribed per trực tiếp bóng đá k+ law.

Who has trực tiếp bóng đá k+ authority to recognize trực tiếp bóng đá k+ principal of a private lower secondary school?

According to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ regulations in clause 3 of Article 9 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+regulation on organization and operation of private primary schools, middle schools, high schools and combined schoolsissued withCircular 40/2021/TT-BGDDT:

3. Competence in recognition of principal and deputy principal(s)

a) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Chairpersons of district-level People's Committees shall issue decision on recognition for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school’s principal and deputy principal (s) of primary schools, middle schools and combined schools (in which trực tiếp bóng đá k+ middle school is trực tiếp bóng đá k+ highest level). Directors of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Department of Education and Training shall issue decision on recognition for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ principal and deputy principal (s) of high schools, combined schools (in which trực tiếp bóng đá k+ high school is trực tiếp bóng đá k+ highest level).

b) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ principal and deputy principal (s) of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ private school invested by foreign investors shall be recognized by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ competent authority which gives permission for establishment of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school.

Thus, according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ regulations, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Chairman of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ District People's Committee has trực tiếp bóng đá k+ authority to recognize trực tiếp bóng đá k+ principal.

Additionally, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ principal of a private school invested by foreign investors is recognized by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ competent authority that is authorized to establish trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school.
