2. To serve as a basis for general education institutions to assess teachers' qualities and professional capabilities; to develop and implement plans for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay professional development of teachers to meet trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational goals of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school, locality, and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay education sector.

3. To serve as a basis for state management agencies to research, develop, and implement policies for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay development of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay teaching staff at general education institutions; to select and utilize trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay core teaching staff at these institutions.

4. To serve as a basis for teacher training and professional development institutions to develop, enhance, and implement training programs for improving trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay qualities and professional capabilities of teachers at general education institutions.

(1)To serve as a basis for teachers at general education institutions to self-assess their qualities and competencies; and to develop and implement improvement plans.

(2)To serve as a basis for general education institutions to assess teachers' qualities and professional capabilities.

Standard 1. Teacher’s qualities;

Standard 2. Professional development;

Standard 3. Development ofan educational environment;

Standard 4. Development of relationships between trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school, family, and society;

Standard 5. Use offoreign languages or ethnic languages, application ofinformation technology, use oftechnological devices in teaching and education.
